Carly Aigner-Swesey grew up in Wrightwood, CA, and graduated from Serrano High School. She started playing volleyball at Long Beach State in 2018 and was the starting setter as a true freshman. She finished her career at LBSU with 1,575 assists. She transferred to New Mexico State in 2020 and is currently a setter on the NMSU volleyball team. In high school, Carly played on the varsity volleyball team all four years. She was a two-time All-League selection, named High Desert Preps Daily Press Athlete of the Year, and selected to the San Bernardino Sun All-Area Team in 2016 and 2017. Carly is currently studying Business Management at NMSU. In the 2021 fall season, Carly was named Second Team All-WAC after ranking second in the league in assists per set.
